Core Drilling:

Core Drilling is the cleanest, most economical way to penetrate a concrete or block wall, slab or footing with a round hole for electrical and plumbing vents.

Core Drilling allows contractors flexibility and a solution to potential problems. It is usually more cost effective than precast sleeves.

Core Drilling keeps the structural integrity of surrounding areas intact.

Core Drilling can be done at any depth and through virtually any hard material.

Core Drilling is very effective in limiting vibration.

Boise Concrete Sawing Company has over 30 core drills ready for dispatch ranging in size from 5/8” ~ 28” and has the resources available to drill larger holes if needed.

Flat Sawing:

Flat Sawing is the term given to the process of sawing on flat or horizontal surfaces such as slabs on grade, suspended slabs, bridges, highways and asphalt pavement.

Flat sawing features a diamond blade that is cooled with a water bath to minimize dust and is mounted on a walk-behind machine.

We offer an array of services in this area from cutting outside concrete slabs, walkways, patios or concrete pool decks to cutting inside trenches for plumbing, electrical and other utilities.

Our flat saws range from 20 horsepower to our 60 horsepower and are powered by either a gasoline or electric motor.

Flat Sawing is the fastest and most cost effective way to cut concrete slabs, walks, bridges and roadways.

Flat Sawing allows you to keep the structural integrity of surrounding areas intact.

Flat Sawing is extremely useful in speeding up the removal process.

Flat Sawing cuts are extremely precise.

Boise Concrete Sawing Company is equipped with gas powered saws for outside work and electric powered saws for inside work.

Wall Sawing:

Wall Sawing is typically for cutting precise dimensional door and window openings. Wall Saws use a circular diamond blade on a track mounted machine. The track is attached to the vertical walls, steep inclines or floors that will not permit the use of flat saws.

Wall Sawing provides precise, straight, smooth and finished openings in walls.

Wall Sawing is ideal for cutting doorways, windows and reducing wall heights.

Whether it is inverted, angled, flush cut or conventional, Boise Concrete Sawing Company’s wall saw machine will accommodate a variety of situations.

Hydraulic Hand Sawing is the lighter duty use of diamond blades in hand held saws. It is commonly employed when general wall sawing or flat sawing can’t be performed. Hand held units are equipped with diamond blades for electrical, plumbing and HVAC openings.

Chain Sawing:

Chain Sawing is typically used in conjunction with Wall Sawing and Hydraulic Hand Sawing. Chain Saws use a diamond chain to penetrate the concrete or block. Chain Sawing can cut the corners without any over cuts, saving the integrity of the slab or wall that is to be left in place.   Chain Saws are commonly used for openings that are relatively small in outside dimension. This allows a penetration that is not possible with a blade.

Chain Sawing provides precise openings in poured foundation walls.

Chain Sawing allows for precision trimming of edges.

Eliminates over cuts associated with other types of sawing.
